Terms of Service

RevXAI is a B2B revenue intelligence and sales-execution platform focused on GCC/MENA markets: company profiles, campaign briefs, multi-channel messaging, and analytics — Arabic-first. The service includes the website, the web application, and any APIs and integrations we provide.

• Registration information must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• The workspace is the isolation unit: your data is segregated from other customers' workspaces, and member roles (owner, admin, operator, viewer) define permissions.
• The service is intended for B2B commercial use by users 18 or older.

You use RevXAI to send outbound communication (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp). You are the sender of record, and you agree to:

• Comply with the laws applicable in your markets — including personal-data regulations (such as Saudi Arabia's PDPL) and anti-spam rules.
• Honor unsubscribe requests and do-not-contact lists, and never circumvent the platform's stop mechanisms.
• Not use the service for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful content, or to impersonate others.
• Not attempt to breach, disrupt, or access data of other workspaces.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section to protect recipients and the sending reputation of our other customers.

You retain ownership of the data you enter or sync into your workspace (contacts, CRM data, calibration). We process it only to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process the contact data you bring into the platform.

• The platform produces profiles, briefs, and messages using AI models. Output may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• You review and approve any content before sending it or relying on it for business decisions. Output is not legal or financial advice.
• You may use generated output in your business without restriction from us, subject to applicable law.

Connecting integrations such as HubSpot, email providers, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn also subjects you to those platforms' terms, and you are responsible for complying with them. We do not control third-party availability or changes, and platform features may be affected by them.

• The service is offered through subscription plans and usage credits at the published prices or as agreed in writing.
• Fees paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• On late payment we may restrict the service after reasonable notice.
• Prices may change with advance notice before your next billing cycle.

The platform, its software, and its marks belong to RevXAI and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for the duration of your subscription. You may not resell, reverse-engineer, or copy the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes (replies, meetings, revenue). We apply commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from billing settings.
• We may suspend or terminate the service for material breach of these terms after notice, or immediately for serious abuse.
• After termination we give you a reasonable window to export your data before deletion under our retention policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-product before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RevXAI's operating entity is registered, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute — unless a signed enterprise agreement between us states otherwise.
