RevXAI
Cross-pillar · Integrations

Built on the providers your team already trusts.

Instantly for email send. HubSpot for CRM. PDL, Coresignal, Lusha, Apollo for contact data. Stripe for billing. Cal.com, Google, Outlook for calendars. CSV for everything else. RevXAI orchestrates; these partners execute.

The named V1 partner set

What RevXAI does — and what each partner owns.

Per PRD line 17 + §18, §24, §31. The boundary is explicit so RevOps and IT know exactly where each system's responsibility ends.

  • Instantly
    Email + warmup
    Live

Email send, warmup readiness, sending identities. RevXAI drafts the copy, schedules steps, ingests reply events. Instantly owns sending operations. v2 API only.

  • HubSpot
    CRM
    Live

OAuth connect. Sync profile, brief, contact, and deal records. Native pipeline for non-HubSpot users. First-class V1 integration.

  • PDL
    Contact discovery
    Live

People Data Labs feeds contact discovery and enrichment. One universal search UX. One normalized result. One Prospect Fit Score.

  • Coresignal
    Contact discovery
    Live

Coresignal feeds contact discovery and company data. Provider data is input, not the final ranking — the RevXAI score takes precedence.

  • Lusha
    Contact data · GCC-strong
    Live

Lusha is the GCC-strong contact source. Reveal philosophy: cheap discovery first, selective reveal second, transparent credit and source tracking.

  • Apollo
    Contact data · secondary
    Live

Apollo is the secondary fallback for contact data. Provider-specific rate-limit and credit rules are hidden behind internal routing.

  • Stripe
    Billing
    Live

Plan subscriptions, invoices, top-ups (credit packs, profile packs, agent additions), billing-state-driven entitlement. Stripe owns checkout.

  • Cal.com
    Calendar
    Live

Define owners and routing. Capture booked meetings, no-show, duration, qualification. Link meetings to opportunities.

  • Google Calendar
    Calendar
    Live

Same surface as Cal.com — owner availability and scheduling primitives owned by Google. RevXAI tracks downstream events.

  • Outlook
    Calendar
    Live

Microsoft 365 calendar binding. Same surface as Cal.com and Google. RevXAI tracks downstream events.

  • CSV
    Bulk operations
    Live

Bulk contact and list import and export. Zero-config path for teams without a connected CRM, or for migrating data into RevXAI.

    Roadmap

Salesforce sync planned for after V1. Tell us in your demo if Salesforce is a hard requirement so we can sequence it correctly.

How integrations gate execution

Connect at the moment you need it — not at signup.

Readiness checks fire when you launch a sequence, not when you sign up. If a step needs an integration you have not connected yet, the agent prompts for connection at the right moment, with the right context. (PRD §23.4)

  • Email step

Blocked until Instantly mailbox is connected and warmup readiness passes.

  • CRM sync

Optional. HubSpot OAuth prompts at the moment you save a contact or close a deal.

  • Booking step

Blocked until at least one calendar — Cal.com, Google, or Outlook — is bound to the agent.

  • Reveal step

Blocked when the data wallet is below the cost of the next reveal. Top-up path inline.

Bring your own keys, or RevXAI-hosted

Some providers pool. Some require your own connection.

We are explicit about which providers run on a RevXAI-managed key versus which require your team's own OAuth connection. (PRD §18.7)

Why we name our partners

Quality, not breadth.

We are not building a marketplace of every SaaS integration. The partners listed above are the ones we run, debug, and stand behind. The rest are post-V1 — visible on the roadmap, not behind a wall of empty logos.

See the roadmap
  • Every integration above is a first-class object in the system, with status, owner, and audit log.
  • If a provider is not listed, it is not silently broken — it is not in V1. Roadmap shows what is next.
  • Per-partner pages are coming when co-marketing demand emerges. Until then, one consolidated page.

Salesforce and advanced calendar logic ship post-V1.

Tell us in your demo if either is a hard requirement, so we can sequence properly.
